MULTI – WEEK GROUP PROGRAM
2008 – 2009 SEASON
What
is the multi-week group program?
The multi-week ski/snowboard is a 5-week, pre-paid program available to any
group of 15 or more. Groups should be organized by a group leader whose
responsibilities include, but are not limited to, direct communication with
Alpines’ Group Sales Department, submitting a complete group roster to Alpine,
collecting and submitting payment, and the weekly distribution of lift tickets.
When does the program begin?
Traditionally, the multi-week program begins the first full week
after the New Year’s holiday. This season, the program will begin Sunday,
January 4, 2008.
What are the days and times available to multi-week groups?
Multi-week packages are based upon a half-day ticket available any day except
Saturdays. Groups have a choices of two Midweek & Sunday Non Holiday
sessions: the day session: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM, the evening session, 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
or the Sunday afternoon Session.
Are there any days not available for skiing/snowboard?
We want to ensure that each one of your trips to Alpine is fun, safe and
enjoyable. To be able to provide your group with the highest level of service
possible, we believe it’s necessary to establish the following black out
periods:
- SUNDAY, JANUARY 20, 2008 (MARTIN LUTHER KING WEEKEND)
FEBRUARY 16, 2008 (PRESIDENTS WEEK)
We offer the following programs for Groups:

For Groups who are paid in full by
December 4, 2008 a complimentary 6th visit will be included.
(Lesson not included)
Alpine Mountain is also providing for
parents and siblings an opportunity to join their school
children on the day of
the visit at reduced rates.
Our rental staff will come to the school
prior to your first trip to collect the completed forms
and to measure and fit
each student for equipment. We will then have the equipment pre-set and
awaiting your group, alleviating the rental process each week.
The Group Leader will receive 1 Unlimited
Family Season Pass which includes their spouse and
any children under the age
of 18 living at home. Or, the Group Leader and the Co –Group Leaders
(limited to
3) will each receive 1 Unlimited Season Pass for the 2008 -2009 Ski Season.
