By completing this
purchase I give my permission for the enrolled individuals to ski or snowboard
during the
2007/2008 season with the Friday Fun Night Program. I realize the
sport of skiing/snowboarding can be dangerous
and entails certain risks. I
understand Cindy Delp & Megan Delp, along with Alpine Mountain, are arranging
this program for the convenience and economy of the participants and they or
their family members cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may
happen going to, while at or coming from Alpine Mountain.
I will not hold Cindy Delp, Megan Delp, their families or Alpine Mountain liable for any injuries to
my child/children, any family members or myself.
