Analomink, PA – Alpine Mountain Ski & Ride Center, located in the snow covered Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, continues to educate children in the gratification of learning to ski and snowboard with our “Just for Kids” programs and continues to improve their skills with the “Alpine Mountaineers” program.
This 2005-2006 Season, we are offering the “Just for Kids” programs, a children’s learn to ski and ride Package that is a daily, four and six week consecutive program. The “Just for Kids” daily program is available Saturdays and Sundays and reservations are recommended. The children’s learn to ski or ride package is available midweek or weekend throughout the season. The four week and six week consecutive programs will begin on Saturday, January 7 and Sunday, January 8, 2006. Weekly registration is from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM, each session is four hours long and begins at 10:00 AM and concludes at 2 PM.
Our “Just for Kids” program is designed for children ages four to twelve years old. All our participants will enjoy learning to ski or snowboard and create memories of a lifetime. Our “Alpine Mountaineers” program is designed for children and teens, ages seven to fifteen years and is the next step after completing the “Just for Kids” program. This program is advanced and available to anyone looking to improve or sharpen the skills they already have. “Alpine Racing Rangers” is another option after completing the “Just for Kids” program and is designed for children and teenagers, ages seven to fifteen years that would like to learn the safety and proper technique for skiing.
All of these fun and educational programs include; Lift ticket, Lesson, Rental Equipment (if required), Hot Lunch and constant supervision by our professional and courteous staff. After completion of all programs each child or teen will receive a Certificate of Achievement at the Graduation Ceremony.
The “Just for Adults” program is back by popular demand. This program is designed for Adults of all ages that want to learn how to ski, snowboard or just enhance the skills they already have. All sessions are two hours long and weekly registration is from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Sessions start at 10:00 AM and conclude at 12 Noon. “Just for Adults” program includes: Lift Ticket, Lesson and Rental Equipment (if required). Get out and enjoy the snow!
