Alpine Mountain Ski & Ride Center is also a favorite Learning Center in the Poconos and caters to families with “Just for Kids” learning programs, Snowtubing & Terrain Parks and the Penguin Play Park. 

The Penguin Play Park is specially designed for Tots under 42” tall and is conveniently located next to the Snow Tubing Park.  Alpine Mountain offers many other Family Programs on a daily basis or 4 to 6 weeks of the learn to Ski  programs.

The Halfpipes and Terrain Parks feature Rails, varying levels of Tabletops and step down jumps will accommodate riders of all levels.  It is truly a “Snowboarders Heaven”.

Alpine’s challenging 2008 racing series starts with the Miller Lite Race on Saturday, January 5^th and the Alpine Challenge Race on Sunday, January 6^th .  Other events in January include Scout Sundays which start on Sunday, January 6^th troops pay mid-week prices and Alpine’s “Summer on the Slopes” Beach Party on Friday, January 11th.
